This explanation is made for people who skate in the position called goofi (right foot forward).

1 - Head to the obstacle to good speed, somewhat stooped , with the front foot in mid-table and back foot on the edge of the tail .

2 - When we are close to the obstacle we jumped so that, when we hit hard at the tail down, we lift our foot forward scraping on the sand.
